ผมเจอปัญหา bluetooth mouse หลุดบ่อยๆ เวลาเผลอยก mouse ขึ้น อาการนี้เกิดจาก Bluetooth เข้า mode standby
Update: สำหรับ Windows 10 version 20H2 เข้าไปแก้ที่ Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device ใน Human Intetface Devices ครับ
วิธีแก้คือไปติ๊กออกตรง Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ใน Device Manager > Bluetooth > ชื่อ hardware bluetooth (ในรูปคือ Intel Wireless Bluetooth) > Power Management (แก้ที่ hardware bluetooth ไม่ใช่แก้ที่ mouse bluetooth หลังจากแก้ก็ไม่เจออาการ bluetooth หลุดอีกเลย
